The Morals at the Bipartisan Cafe

Episode 5 of The Penny Jam features “Call Me,” an unreleased song by the Morals. Filmed at the Bipartisan Cafe on 79th and Stark, a spacious, authentic haunt deep in Southeast - with some of the best pie known to Portland. The owner allowed us to film on short notice and we set up shop around sundown, confusing a small group of cafe dwellers by recording the same track 4 times. Here is the best cut.
