The Ascetic Junkies at St Johns Bridge

Episode 6 of The Penny Jam finds the Ascetic Junkies performing “Gone Shootin” under the St. Johns Bridge in North Portland. The band is relatively new to the Portland area but they bring an impressive catalog of songs. This set includes only 3/5 of the band – in a typical performance setting there is also a drummer and bass player. While the scene looks sunny, the weather changed every few minutes, including bouts of rain and hail.
